Job Description
• Maintenance of the article database
• Coordination of activities and processes with different departments in order to provide a smooth-running e-commerce platform experience
• Technical support - troubleshooting issues, offering solutions and optimizing the platform
Qualifications
• Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) is a must. Experience in a similar position or working with e-platforms would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Self-organized and responsible person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
