Job Description
• Oversee the integration and management of new POS services and providers within METRO trader customers
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive article library related to E-POS systems
• Single point of contact for all EPOS services
• Configure new services, support testing, and manage error handling
• Coordination with various stakeholders in the company and with external providers
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the retail or IT industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with various applications and systems would be an advantage
• Experience in system/application implementation would be an advantage
