Job Description
• Ensure maintenance and improvement of implemented QMS and FSMS, based on METRO internal standards, НАССР, IFS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BIO etc.
• Conducting audits of METRO stores according to Metro internal QMS and FSMS standards
• Organizing and conducting staff trainings regarding quality, safety and hygiene
• Development and control of stores’ sampling plans for swabs and products testing
• Food labels control according to Regulation No1169/2011
• Dealing with the authorities in cases of complaints or regular checks
• Work with internal digital QA systems
Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in food technology area
• Very good English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-organized and responsible person
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience on similar position is an advantage
